This metal and wood chess set has a full compliment of Florence metal chess pieces with 3.25 inch Kings and base diameters of 1 inch. The superbly sculpted metal pieces have a classic appearance from the Florentine era, with a broad pedestal base that gives each piece a balanced feel with every move.

Made in Spain by Ferrer, the 13.25 inch briarwood chess board is specially crafted in glossy grey and ivory with 1.4 inch squares. As an added detail, the inlaid black pinstriping separates the outer frame from the playing field. The Florence metal chess pieces are an exquisite match for this fine quality grey and ivory chess board.
