Warranty & Return PolicyAll chess products have a one-year warranty against defects, assuming normal use. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by misuse, intentional, or accidental damage caused by the buyer or other persons not related to Quality-Chess.net. If your product is defective, please send us an email detailing the defective product, and we will send you instructions on how to receive a replacement or refund.
15-Day No Questions Asked Return PolicyIf you are dissatisfied with an item within 15 days of receiving it, you can return it for a full refund. Return shipping will be free for purchases made within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. For International purchases, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Notify us by email that you intend to return the item and we'll email you a UPS return shipping label. The item must be returned to us in good saleable condition, so it's best to pack it well in the same box. If the item is returned damaged because of poor packing, there will be a 50% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
Shipping damageIf you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, we will provide you with a replacement at no charge. We put in a claim to the shipping company and ask you to assist us by keeping the damaged product, box, and packing materials in the event that the shipping company sends an employee to inspect the damaged item.
Defective/Missing ItemIf an item has a manufacturer defect we will replace or refund. In the case of missing chess pieces, we will supply needed pieces at no charge.
Lost or Worn Out Chess Piece ReplacementWe will replace lost or worn out chess pieces as needed over time for a nominal charge. The charge per piece depends on the set, and the customer pays shipping.
