Warranty & Return Policy


All chess products have a one-year warranty against defects, assuming normal use. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by misuse, intentional, or accidental damage caused by the buyer or other persons not related to Quality-Chess.net. If your product is defective, please send us an email detailing the defective product, and we will send you instructions on how to receive a replacement or refund.


Customer Satisfaction


If you are dissatisfied with an item within 15 days of receiving it, you can return it for a full refund, less shipping charges. The item must be returned to us in good saleable condition and you must pay for return shipping. If the item is returned damaged because of poor packing there will be a 50% restocking fee deducted from the refund.


Shipping damage


If an item is damaged during shipping, we will provide you with a replacement. We put in a claim to the shipping company and ask you to assist us by keeping the damaged product, box, and packing materials, in the event that the shipping company sends an employee to inspect the damaged item.


Defective/Missing Item


If an item has a manufacturer defect we will replace or refund. In the case of missing or duplicate chess pieces, we will supply needed pieces at no charge.


Excalibur Electronics


Excalibur Electronics products have a 30-day warranty against defects. We will replace any defective item and will send a return label for the damaged item to be returned to us.


Chess Piece Replacement


We will replace chess pieces as needed over time for a nominal charge. The charge per piece depends on the set, and the customer pays shipping.
