15-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy

We do offer a 15-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy for international purchases.  However, if you want to return the item under the 15-Day No Questions Policy, you must pay for return shipping.  Simply send us an email that you intend to return the item and we will let you know where to send the item for a refund.  Only the price of the item will be refunded - shipping costs are not refundable. 

Shipping Damage or Defective Product

If a product is damaged during shipping or defective, please contact us by email and, if possible, send us a digital photo of the damaged or defective item. We will send you a shipping label for the return.  Return and replacement shipping will be free if an item is damaged or defective.
