This unique chess set comes with a full compliment of Persian brass chess pieces with 3 inch Kings and base diameters of 1 inch. Made in Italy by Ital Fama, the metal pieces have a Persian style with a smooth modern flair. The castle is especially unique with its horizontal grooves. And each piece has a broad firm base that gives a balanced feel with every move.

Made by skilled craftsmen in Spain, the 13.25 inch briarwood chess board is crafted in glossy grey and ivory with 1.4 inch squares. Inlaid pinstriping separates the outer frame from the squares area. The specially designed Persian brass chess pieces are a perfect match with this quality grey and ivory chess board.
