Our Shipping Policy

FREE Shipping Within The Contiguous 48 U.S. States

Shipping is free for all purchases and returns that are shipped by UPS Ground (3 to 5 business days). Free UPS Ground shipping is only available to customers within the contiguous 48 U.S. States.  Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or other countries will be covered under our International Shipping policy.

Faster paid shipping in the 48 U.S. states is available and can be selected during checkout. After your product is shipped, we will email you a UPS shipping confirmation and tracking number so you can keep track of its progress.

To return a product due to damage or under the 15-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy, please email us with your intention to return the item and we will email you a return shipping label so you won't incur shipping costs.  We will explain the easy process for packaging and returning the item with the return label.

Shipping Damage

If an item is damaged during domestic shipping, we will replace the item at no charge.  We put in a UPS claim and ask the customer to assist us by keeping the item and packing materials because a UPS representative may want to view the damaged product and shipping materials. 

If a product is damaged during international shipping, the item will be replaced or refunded at no cost to the customer. Please see our International Shipping policy for more information.
